Our bodies, our breath, our feelings, emotions, and our thoughts are all ‘energy’. Yet how do we experience it? This series will offer different meditations exploring energy in more obvious and more subtle ways, the different manifestations of energy within us as well as the energy we receive for our senses. The intention isn’t to change anything – it is to connect with our aliveness in its many forms, in this moment.
A Zoom based course suitable both for those new to meditation and to those wanting to explore their practice further. Each session will involve a meditation around 30 mins in which you can sit, stand, walk or say in bed! Wherever you want to be. We tend to have cameras off so you really can be with your experience where you are.
Each week is recorded and recordings made available after the meditations for those preferring to practice later in the day!

There is no cost for these sessions and instead I ask, if you are able, that you make a donation to a charity. It’s hard to choose a charity right now. Will first began meditating as a student over 25 years ago, learning mindfulness and loving kindness meditations. After a long gap, and revitalised by yoga practices, Will came back to meditation as an important practice to both navigate and celebrate all that life offers.
As a professional life coach his passion is in enabling people to feel fully alive and at peace - while also of course trying to do that himself! He is a Certified iRest teacher.
