It feels to me like we could all do with a bit of joy! Yet joy seems to hold some paradox. Is it possible that joy is something here, available, in this moment, to be unveiled; and yet if we try and grasp it, search it, chase it, joy eludes us? Could joy be a quality that is available not by having, doing, knowing, or even trying to be something? Could such joy be independent from circumstance?
This collection of meditations explores the possibilities of unveiling joy, and what might be hiding it. We’ll explore the body, breath, emotions and thoughts, as well as the awareness through which we experience this mysterious constellation of being ‘me’. Less cultivating joy, more unveiling the aliveness of joy that is already present.

Will first began meditating as a student over 25 years ago, learning mindfulness and loving kindness meditations. After a long gap, and revitalised by yoga practices, Will came back to meditation as an important practice to both navigate and celebrate all that life offers.
